The Enchanted Spine Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to participants aged 18 or older.
  • Open to residents of the UK and US.
  • Employees of The Enchanted Spine and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @TheEnchantedSpine on Instagram.
  2. Sign up for The Enchanted Scroll (The Enchanted Spine’s official newsletter) via theenchantedspine.com.
  3. Tag at least one friend in the giveaway post comments (each additional tag counts as an extra entry).
  • Bonus entries: Participants can share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories and tag @TheEnchantedSpine for one additional entry.

3. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway begins on 5th February 2025 and ends on 28th February 2025 11:59 PM.
  • The winner will be chosen at random and announced via The Enchanted Spine’s Instagram Stories on 3rd March 2025.

4. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive a Morally Grey Sweatshirt from The Enchanted Spine.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
  • The Enchanted Spine reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
  • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 48 hours of the announcement.
  • If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • The Enchanted Spine will cover standard shipping costs.
  • The winner is responsible for providing a valid shipping address.
  • The Enchanted Spine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

7. General Conditions

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  • By entering, participants release Instagram and The Enchanted Spine from any liability related to this giveaway.
  • The Enchanted Spine reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms, appears fraudulent, or is deemed inappropriate.
