About the Author

Jaysea Lynn was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, and has always been a lover of fantasy and storytelling. After graduating from college, she purchased and lived aboard a 35-foot sailboat for eight years. During that time, she found success with Hell’s Belles, her comedy/drama skit series on TikTok, and gained the confidence to share her writing, which had been a lifelong but private passion. When she’s not writing or pursuing other creative endeavors, she can be found with her nose in a book, going for walks, finding random adventures, or trying to perfect a cup of coffee (with mixed success).

I loved this book. Characters are so funny and relatable. The world building was perfect. Made me laugh and cry. So well written and I hope to God there is more coming from this world.

An amazing book!

Never really been into reading books but this one has me hooked! It truly is amazing! It’s written so perfectly that I can clearly see the charactersHowever the -1 star is because I think I received an already used book and I bought it new, not used. There’s dirty fingerprints and blue marks over the pages and looks slightly water damaged with pages sticking together.

Best 2 days ever.

Only reason it took me 2 days is I was at work.Absolutely stunning!! Discovered this through the skits on TikTok and was thrilled to discover she had written a book.This book focuses on Lily and how she came to be the customer support worker we know and love. Love the back story and lore this fills in. It both explains why and how Lily came to the position she is in, and is in the skits, but does not just feel like a copy of the skits. It is entirely complimentary to the skits, but both can be taken as a sole enterprise.Fingers crossed there is a sequel (or even sequels) with an as in depth character exploration for the other members of the Hellp Desk.
