Releases 15 October 2026

Description

"Everything comes alive in the seconds before I consume a human heart..." devour this devilishly dark fantasy romance of the monster in the woods, inspired by Norse folklore

Deep in the Norse woods, a monster hungers...

The Skratti has no memory of who she once was, or what darkness has caused her to lurk in the shadows.

All she knows is her hunger. And human hearts are the only food that can sate her.

But when a thief named Rorik enters her lair, he awakens a long-buried memory.
Piecing together the secrets of her past, a dangerous closeness grows between them. Until the Skratti faces a choice: between her hunger for Rorik's heart, or a fragile chance to save her humanity, and the place she once called home.

For she is not the only danger in these woods...
